" In the middle of a muddle, Tom (and team) picked up the mess and settled our fears about trying to grapple with the accounts. Tom and team are not only reliable, efficient and experienced, they also take the stress out of the daily saga of trying to get meaning out of the accounts. Tom and team lifted our very worn out spirits with his can-do attitude."

Tom Quinlan (BBus(Acc) 1998, BComp 1998, MBA 2007) is an advocate for work-life integration. He says that it’s not the same as work-life balance. It’s where work is integrated around your life rather than vice versa.

INTERVIEW OF TOM QUINLAN, QuickBooks.

Question from Analyst: As a company how do you feel Reckon’s share price will trend T. Quinlan response: I've never been a power user of QuickBooks. I began as a MYOB user and became accustomed to the interface. I feel MYOB was a better product, but nothing significant. The MYOB marketing was better early on and it got to a tipping point where more users were on MYOB and thus more jobs were generated and the cycle continued. I found accountants and bookkeepers preferred MYOB and those without accounts backgrounds preferred the QuickBooks interface.
